She spent a good 45 min walking the property with my daughter and discussing all the things that should be done to make sure this property was what we wanted while my daughter videotaped the property. Prior to sending us the closing papers she read them thoroughly and found a major issue that both the other realtor and the owner did not know excisted and it was a deal breaker for us if it couldn't be rectified. That issue was rectified by extra work from Andrea and getting an afidavit signed by the previous owner to allow splits to the land. We were able to buy our dream property while we were in another country. Thank you Andrea!”
